Formed on March 21, 1999 by five ex-Digital employees.
Compaq Authorized Reseller in August 2000.
Compaq Authorized Service Manager(ASM) in Oct. 2000.
Heroix Authorized Distributor in January 2002.
Stromasys  Business Partner in November 2002.
Extended branches in Seoul, Daegu, Pohang , Ulsan and Tokyo in Japan.

디프로스는 1999년 3월 21일 ex-Digital (Digital Equipment Corporation) 멤버에 의하여 설립 되었습니다.

회사 출범과 함께 Alpha, VAX, PDP-11 시스템의 유지보수 및 마이그레이션 서비스를 주 사업으로, 기타 IT 제품 및 응용프로그램 등의 공급을 부 사업으로 하여 석유화학, 철강, 반도체, 자동차, 교육, 국방 등의 여러 산업분야에서 활발히 사업을 전개해 오고 있습니다.

특히 전설적인 Alpha, VAX, PDP-11 시스템들을 업계 표준의 윈도우 서버로 대체 할 수 있게해 주는 CHARON^® 에뮬레이터 제품과 서비스를 국내에 공급 함으로써 컴퓨팅 세대를 뛰어 넘는 IT 투자보호를 통하여 고객만족을 실현해 가고 있습니다.

또한 최근에는 IT 업계의 당면 과제로 대두되고 있는 무정지 시스템의 실현을 위하여 미국 스트라투스의 ftServer^® 시스템을 국내 시장에 공급하기 시작하였습니다. 99.999% 이상의 신뢰성으로 고객의 중요 기간 전상망은 1년 365일 중단 없이 가동을 지속할 것입니다.
